Our path

In line with its commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, Ecospray identified the need to optimize its plant engineering design workflows. Internal analysis revealed inefficiencies due to the use of disparate and poorly integrated software tools across technical departments.

The main goals were:

Improved integration between process, instrumentation, and 3D design teams
Error reduction in layout review and validation phases
Scalability and flexibility to handle increasingly complex projects with tighter deadlines

Following a thorough market analysis, Ecospray selected ESAPRO as its unified software platform for:

P&ID and instrumentation design
3D piping modeling of industrial plants

The software was rolled out in two distinct phases:

First phase: Involved the process and instrumentation teams, with customized training
Second phase: Extended to 3D modeling, enabling seamless multidisciplinary collaboration

A particularly relevant project showcasing the value of ESApro was the design of a CO₂ liquefaction and purification plant for a U.S. client.

The entire 3D layout was developed in approximately 10 weeks, thanks to ESAPRO’s capability to manage a complete, up-to-date model from the start. This enabled:

Ecospray’s technologies enable efficient processes for clean energy generation, pollutant reduction, and energy recovery from waste, through solutions such as LNG/NGL separation, CO₂ liquefaction, flare gas recovery, and methane slip reduction.

Ecospray is currently considering expanding ESApro usage to electrical engineering by adopting the dedicated 3D cable tray modeling module, as part of its broader strategy to fully digitalize and integrate its plant design workflows.
